How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I do not tolerate bullying at all. If I got complaints about Steve bullying Dave in a room, I would take them in a room and talk about what has been happening in the past. If I found out that Steve was bullying I would give him a ban or a kick depending on how serious it was and how long it was going for. If it was minor I would just kick the one who was bullying and tell them to keep out of each others ways. I would then move Steve out of the channel and talk to Dave, I would try and cheer up Dave and ask him if he wants to tell me anything or something about the incident, I would tell him to have a nice day and move him out. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately. Kick - Kicks the player out of the server, but they will be able to join back straight away - Used as a warning if someone breaks a minor rule. Ban - kicks the player out of the server and bans them for a specific time (could be permanent) - Used for when someone has broke a TS3 rule or being bullying someone. Move - You can move people into other channels - Used for when people are following someone around the channels, move staff into a meeting or to move a player to get spoken to if they have broke a rule. Set groups - Set people into groups (Puts a badge next to their name) - Can be used if someone has recently got promoted to a member of staff on a specific server/role. Priority Speaker - Priority speaker, it does what it says. It gives the client priority to speak over all the others. Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words). I think I should be chosen because I'm on TS most of the time I am on my computer, I am staff on DarkRP so I can be trusted with my powers and ex-staff on Zombie Survival(Admin), MC(Admin) and was DarkRP Administrator in past. I can sort out any type of problems and I will always be there to help anyone when I'm online. I often get players coming into a room what I am in and start to troll use a soundboard and start to mistake and I'm quite disappointed that there's nothing I can do - as reported in past. Al though I'm not always active I'm on there majority of time not afk, just away from teamspeak or don't feel like talking to people that much.. I am a very nice and friendly person and I always listen to people and take in what they have said. I have been part of the Zarp community for about 2-3 years and been dedicated and committed every second... Thank you for reading my application.
