How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
Firstly I would move the person that is supposedly being bullied to a spacer, then I would give them time to explain what is happening. After the the person being bullied has explained, I would inform them what my next actions will be and continue to return the person to their previous channel. After that I would move the accused member to a spacer and discuss their actions with them, I would then say that if behavior like this continues they will be punished in a way that I find applicable.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
I will highlight a few of the main administrative features of TS3 below;

Ban USER - This feature is an extreme measure of punishment that can be used. This feature will ban a user from the server for an allotted amount of time, which is decided upon when the staff member is banning a user. It is appropriate to use if a user is being very disrespectful or if they are massively breaking the rules/ TOU.

Kick USER - This feature will kick a user from the server/ channel. The decision to kick form the server or channel is decided by the staff member. It is appropriate to use this command when a user can be kicked to the AFK/Lobby channel or as a warning/minor punishment for a user that has been breaking rules.

Move USER - This feature will move a user from one channel to another. It is appropriate to be used when a user needs to be talked to in private or if a user is being disruptive and needs to be removed from a channel to aid others in the server.

Set Server Group - This feature will used to add a server group to a member of staff. It is appropriate to use this feature when a user has become staff and they need there badge in TS3. So an SSRP mod could be accepted to admin and then you could provide them with there staff rank on TS3.

Edit Channel - This feature can edit channels, so you can provide a channel with a password, this could be needed if an event is occurring. This could also be used to make sure people don't join a channel if something important that should be disturbed is happening. Another aspect of editing a channel is moving it, this could need to be used is something was accidentally moved and then should be returned.

Remove Avatar - This feature is used to remove avatars from a user. This feature would be used to remove inappropriate avatars which could be offensive, disrespectful or anything inappropriate. This keeps users having a good time on the server without disruption from inappropriate material.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I feel that I should be chosen as TS3 staff as I am a trusted member of the community, with having a rank on SSRP. Furthermore I am on TS3 nearly everyday, and I aim to spend as much time as possible in Zarps TS3 server. The TS3 server needs more people to moderate it and control it. With out those people the server would be a shambles, but the current TS3 staff are doing a good job. I feel that these people need assistance, and I would be quite happy to assist the members of the community with any issues and concerns that they have regarding the TS3 server.
