How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
i wouldn't tolerate any form of bullying on TS3. For example if there was reports (with evidence) of Player X bullying Player Y I would move them into a spacer and speak to them about the situation. Depending on how severe the bullying is I would kick/ ban Player X after explaining to them that they shouldn't be doing it. If they are banned by me I will watch them when the ban ends and if they continue I will ban them for longer and if they continue after that ban has ended I would permaban them from TS3 as they had already been giving two chances and they continued.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Move - Moves players into other channels or spacers. This would be used if someone needed to be spoken to about something or brought into a channel for example a staff meeting.
Kick - Kicks a player from the TS3 server. Used when a player has broken a minor rule on TS3.
Ban - Bans a player from the server for a certain amount of time. Used when a player breaks rules on TS3 such as bullying.
Set Groups - Sets the group of a player. Used when a player has been promoted or demoted.
Edit Channel - Edits a channel. This would be used if a channel needs to be moved or if it requires a password etc.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think that I should be chosen because I a trusted member of the community and I am an administrator on two of ZARP's servers. I also go on TS3 as much as possible as it is how I communicate with other players and staff members. I also feel like the rank would help me with my administrator ranks because players often want to speak to me in my private which I can do in game but it would help even more on TS3. I would also just like to help out and stop rulebreakers in the community so that it is a better place for all the players and staff members so they have a more enjoyable experience,
