Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. randomly killing somone cause you just felt like it.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
if you get killed by somone and you go back and kill them.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. meta gaming is talking out side of gaming. example telling people to be cops so you can rob the bank.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would ask him why he killed the other player and listen to his side of the story and after hearing both figure out who was in fault and if he really did rdm give him a warning and let him know he cant just do that.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.i would give the person who went back and killed him because his nlr timing wouldve still been going so that means he did break nlr. but also let him know that the nlr rule means you cant come back to the same district when you die until the timer is up.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
would tell him that he cant do that cause its meta gaming and if he continues id give him a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). i always help out when someone does something wrong by reporting an f1, but id like it better if i could help out way more by helping with f1's i play lots and by the rules. iwant to help keep zarp on track its a very good and fun server id just love it more if i could actualy coontribute to keeping it safe! i also play a lot at night where a lot of rules get broken so id be able to benefit by watching at night and making sure no one breaks the rules!

the way you would handle the nlr doesnt seem right at all to me

also after some of my calculations after looking at your gametracker it looks like only 58 hours of server time isntead of 200
