Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have really enjoyed my time as moderator and I know me becoming admin will make my job alot more easier. I do F1s alot and handle things pretty well. I have started to gain trust with alot of people now. I can't really explain how it would contribute.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Someone came up to me asking why his VIP had gone. I had no idea so I contacted a couple of people to fix it for me. I can't think of any other tricky situation.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Welcome to the SSRP Staff team. I will be teaching you the basics of being a moderator. Lets start shall we?

/bring
/bring will bring a player to you. Simply type /bring (player), or /bring (player) (player) to tp them to someone else. Although you shouldn't randomly bring someone without checking if they are free to come, if not I just talk to them right where they are.

/goto
/goto allows you to goto/tp to someone. Simply type /goto (player). Its hard to explain the /goto command, but I hope you understand what this command does.

/back
/back is a vital command in the TP section. Although it dosen't work for me most of the time, it will 'hopefully' return the player to their last position. Or you can do /backspawn (player) to bring them to spawn.

/warn and /unwarn
These commands warn and unwarn people. You use these when they have broken a rule of any sort. It is recommended that you use their steamID instead of username. And if the warn was a mistake or you accept their apology, you can use /unwarn to take back their last warn.

/freeze and /unfreeze
These commands are used to freeze people. You use these when someone is running away from the sit or shooting ect. It is wise to use the TAB menu for this as you could mess up and freeze the whole server by accident. (same applys with the TP commands)

/slay
Although the command is still in the TAB menu, you shouldn't use this. Thats all I need to say about this one.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
I would accept the apology and unban them. I would keep an eye on them though.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Because I have really enjoyed my time as mod and I feel me becoming admin will give me more abilities. I'm not so fast at typing and being able to phsgun and no-clip will give me an advantage on administrating. It will make my whole life easier and will also make other's lifes easier aswell.

I feel you should expand more on your application, it feels a bit short and looks a bit rushed to me. I don't know how much time you put into it but I feel like it needs more.

Further more I do agree with Blocked if what he said is correct.

A little side note. Why do people comment just to say that they'll leave their opinion in the meeting? Be a bit constructive tell them what you feel they should improve and what they're doing good. If you don't have an opinion no need to post.
