Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match ( RDM) is when you randomly kill some one for no reason.Lets say Fennster was walking down the street on his way home to see his children.Morgan then jumps out of an alley way and kills Fennster for no reason at all. That would be random death match( RDM ).
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule ( NLR ) is when a person dies some where in the map and they cant return to that district or else they would be breaking new life rule ( NLR ). There is a timer for NLR to show when a player may return to where they died. Players may only remeber certain things in their previous life for example where they are basing , who they are basing with. Fennster sees that Morgan randomly killed him ( RDM ). Fennster gets really mad and decides to go back to that alley way and kill Morgan with out waiting the new life rule time limit.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when the player gets information through ooc that they shouldn't know when using OCC to get information. Morgan is defending his base unarmed and he notices Fennster firing milkor shots at his base. Morgan then screams in OOC , " GANG GET TO BASE FENNSTER IS RAIDING US WITH A MILKOR!"
Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.
I am going to take you step by step how I would solve this. I would bring player X some where private to ask him his side of the story. Then I would bring player Y to ask him his side of the story.Scenario 1.If play Y denies ever killing him I would say the logs show you killing him.Scenario 2. If player Y accepts the fact that he killed player X but has a different story then player X I would then ask if there was any proof. If not I'd tell player X I would keep an eye on him.
Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player X accuses player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring player X some where private then ask him what happened. I would then bring player Y. I would ask player Y what happened. Scenario 1. If their storys match up and player Y admits to breaking NLR I would then warn him and tell him don't do it again. Scenario 2. If player Y denies breaking NLR I would ask them both if any of them have proof. If they don't then I would have to let them both go because console logs don't have a time on the kills. Before I let them go I would tell player X I'll keep an eye on him and then tell player Y please make sure your nlr timer is up before you go back to the district where you died.
Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would bring player X to a private area and explain to him that what he did was called meta gaming. I would then explain to him how he should use /pm to tell some one that some one is raiding the bank I need help. I would then finially warn him and ask him if he has any questions about what meta gaming is.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I believe that I should be chosen to become a moderator on Zarp because I am very friendly, I look at situations from many perspectives . I've got a lot of time on my hands, and I would think I have what it takes to control the server even with hard situations.I am active on the server almost every day.I will take delight in helping many players. .

NOTE I have one recent warning from Jamie because he tped Jafa back to base after I killed Jafa and he revenge rdms me. But when I try to go back he warns me for nlr and keeps me frozen in spawn.If you want any extra information about that incident add me on steam I have proof. NOTE

Application and Gametime!
Over all look of your app: Looks rushed.Examples: They seem fine, except from NLR. There is a 3 minute timer of when you can go back to the district. Also you can only remember the location of your base, your base mates. (Simple stuff) Gametime/Activity: Bad. You've only played 4 days of this month. (9 days is the min) Obviously you'll be at the correct activity by the meeting. But I would have waited. Of course you must be on almost every day for this to happen Verdict for app and gametime +Support
