Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example.
RDM occurs when player x kills player y for no reason. An example for this would be if a gangster was about to buy armor but the godfather walked in and randomly killed the gangster.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example.

NLR occurs when player x kills player y and player y goes back to the place of death. An example of this would be if player y was raiding player x but player x kills player y during the raid but player y goes back to the area where they died during the raid.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example.
Metagaming occurs when a player is saying/asking stuff in ooc that should be said in normal chat. An example of this would be if player y was being raided and they asked who was pick locking their door.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would tp them both to me and then ask player x to explain what happened, then I would ask player y to explain what happened. After that I would ask for evidence from player x if they didn't have some i would verbal warn player y but if player x does have proof then I will examine it and if it shows that player y had rdmed him I would then warn player y and send them both off to enjoy the rest of their day


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask for some proof of player Y breaking NLR. If there is no proof then I would TP player Y back home but I would warn player X for RDM because they don't have the authority to do that but if player X has a valid reason for it then I would verbally warn him for RDM and keep a close eye on them both. However if there is proof of player Y breaking NLR I would warn player Y for NLR and I would leave them to be on there way.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would go and help player x defend his base and then I would ask him why he used OOC and tell him he shouldn't have done that because it is metagaming. If he didn't know that I would tell him to read the server rules and make sure he knew about it so it wouldn't happen again. If he did know about it then I would warn him for metagaming and I would let him be on his way.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen because I am very responsible and reliable. I can be reasonable but harsh at the same time and I'm often on the server. I'm an admin on 2 other servers and I deal with everything straight away. I have many friends on the server and I don't break the rules. I'm all about having fun in a friendly environment. I know how the controls work and I know all the short cuts. When the map changed I was confusing at first but I studied the map and know my way around quickly. I'm very fair and rashonable. Every time I have reported an incident using F1 it has been dealt with straight away and I have always wanted to do the same and I fell like I need to give something back to the community. I have some of the best times while playing with zarp and will play on zarp servers for many years to come.

First off, your activity is horrible. You have not been active for quite a long time from what I can see and I doubt you can build enough activity to get accepted as staff.

Your supposed handling of the NLR situation is really strange. Why would you give player Y a verbal warning if there is no proof of him doing anything wrong? You can tell him what counts as NLR and how to avoid it but you don't need to verbal warn him. Further more why would you warn or verbally warn player X. Sure if player Y gives proof of him RDMing or he states that he killed player Y for a non-valid reason. But if he gives a valid reason for killing him and player Y doesn't argue RDM you don't verbal warn him. You seem a bit confused as to when and what you should be warning people for and I suggest you work on it as it might become a big issue should you be accepted as staff.

Your application in general is lacking visual appeal and isn't the most easy to read due to a lack of bolded questions and colours. I suggest you improve it.

You don't have any recent warnings but this doesn't really matter as you have pretty much zero gametime recently.

you have a lot of playtime but recently and its active one day n stops for 5 days it's good you have no warns but i will have to go. on this just because of recent activity not being there.
