When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

If someone is Hacking/DDOS Threatening he deserves a permanent ban.Players can also get permanent banned if they are Massively Disrupting depending on the SITUATION.Any sort of Scripting will result in a permanent ban.If someone is Insulting other players/staff members or being Racist he will get a temporary ban(Several hour ban so he can think about what he did).Avoiding Punishment will result in a Temporary ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

I have had 3 bannable situations to deal with.A guy,let's name him "x". X got slayed by me for trapstealing and warned.After that he started swearing at me,he got muted and warned for disrespect.Then he reconnected and said in admin chat that he will report me to zarp (for doing my job properly).<--- he didn't say the part in bold.Another time was when let's name him " y ". Y started begging Geralt for points so he can get buy the Horse Mask.Geral verbally warned him , but Y kept on going.After a few verbal warnings he got muted by Geralt and warned by me(Might be the other way round,i don't remember).Player "Z"....Player z said "nigel"(Staffs should know what i mean ).I muted him and warned him.He then started spamming the admin chat with the same word.The good thing was that there was an admin to ban him.

Why I should be promoted?

First of all i want to say that i love ZARP and the community it has.I have done my best as mod to make the community better.I have stopped fights,made people laugh and the most important thing is that im having fun doing this.It is actually fun and relaxing for me to catch rulebreakers.I think i have had enough experience to become admin.I have dealt with lots of rulebreakers and i have had 4 or 5 rulebreakers that deserved a ban.I think i have succeeded as a mod mainly because i don't have enemies.In my opinion that is a good sign.I have helped a lot of people - new players,experienced players.Thanks for taking a look at my application and have a nice day!
