Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM : Random Death Match. When you or another player kills a player for no valid RP reason
Example A: Bob just bought a gun from Sally's lovely Gun Shop. And sees Joe walking down the street, And decides to shoot Joe to test out his weapon. This Was RDM, Bob had no Valid RP reason to shoot Joe.
Example B : Joe sees Bob after EXAMPLE A, And decides to kill him. This Was RDM, Joe does not remember Bob killing him because of NLR.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR : New Life Rule. After You die, You remember NOTHING from your previous life. You can not go back to the location of your death for 3 minutes.
Example A: Bob Raids Joe and Kills Joe. While Bob is lock picking a door in Joe's house, Joe comes back and kills Bob.
This Was NLR, Joe had died meaning he can not return to the place of his death for 3 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming : Using any information you recieved OOC/Out of RP in a RP situation
Example A : Bob Is being Raided and Calls for help over OOC, His friend Joe Decides to come help using the informaton he received over OOC.
This was Metagaming. Joe can not use any information He received OOC to RP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Well First i would Take Player X and Y to a private location to discuss the situation. I would first ask to hear both sides of the story, Then i would ask Player Y if he admits to RDMing Player X If not then ill ask Player X is he has any proof of Player Y RDMing him. If he does not have any proof i will explain to him that i can not Warn Player Y without Solid Proof. I would then return Both players to their RP places. But if Player Y does have then i would review the proof, And if it is legit proof i would warn Player Y For RDM then return the players to their RP place.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I Would first Take the players to a Private Location to discuss the situation. Then i would ask to hear both sides of the story.
I would then ask Player Y if he did break NLR, If he admits I'd Warn him then return the players to their RP Places. if he does not admit, I would ask Player X if he has proof of Player Y breaking NLR if not i would explain that i can not warn him without proof, Then i would return the players to their RP places. I would also keep an eye on Player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would Tell Player X that this is Metagaming and ask him to review the rules and give him a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Well i have been Admin/Mod on a few Garry's Mod Servers. Granted none of them were RP servers. And were a while ago.
But i have always loved to keep servers fun where you dont have to worry about RDM, Propblock ETC. Because the admins will resolve it quickly. I have a large window i can be on in, And am a very nice person in general. Past Mod Experiences: Admin On [SS] Flood. Mod On [Xisles] TTT. Admin on Melon Perp {2010). I think i can really help the server, I am on alot when there are no Mods/Admins on and the server is quite hectic at those times. I Have a mic and speak fluent English {Although no other languages). I think i could help in those hectic times. I hope i can. Thanks for your Time, Have a Nice Day.
I Have already Graduated, And have a ton of free time. I would like to use this free time to help out the server.

I'd recommend not making alternate accounts to support your app. It only makes you look bad.
