Admin promotion only

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
When someone is mass rule breaking after the moderators have muted/gag or slayed/warned him. (Will lead to a temp ban). When someone is hacking (Will lead of course to a perm ban). If someone is racist after several times after i warned him and muted him. (Will lead to a temp ban) when someone is trying to DDOS or when its just a threat it will still lead to a ban (Perm)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
1. i joined on the server, everyone said: "he's an hacker" so i spectated him and he was just flying through the map, not noclip. it was different, so i decided to kick him... he was joining after that again and again. so i called an admin but the guy just leaved when the admin joined. but i made a video of it and the person got banned, What should have helped you when you were admin on that time? i can just ban him, i don't need to show the evidence or if we don't have evidence i can still ban him.

2. A guy keept spamming racist terms in chat, so i decided to mute and gag him. he left and joined again so i gagged and muted him again. finally after four times he left. What should have helped you when you were admin on that time? i can ban him for punishment avoid + racist terms several times.

Why I should be promoted: (Give at least 75 words)
I want to be promoted because: I like to help people, i put a long time in deathrun, my activity is high: its over 100 hours now on game tracker. I know the rules, and i'm friendly to other players. I want to grow on the zarp community because: i like this community very much, there are friendly players/staff, I like to play with everyone on the server. Not only on deathrun but on all zarp servers. And i think i handled more situations than my previous time i applied.

I think you should be more helpful and polite. You ignore me everytime I report someone trapstealing or whatever, there is no response from you and that is quite annoying.
You should help people instead of just instant slaying and warning them, so they can understand the rules.
I got slayed and warned literally 2 seconds after i claimed the button you were controlling, and I was just about to run away. It wasn't the best idea to claim it, but come on, I didn't press it.

This is just my feedback, and i think you should improve a bit more before applying for Admin.

That really doesn't matter if you didn't pressed it, you just claimed my trap that is trap stealing, and the most of the time you were asking to me for some reports you didn't have evidence. because without evidence i can't warn someone. example: Someone said that you are trap stealing but you didn't, and i warned you. Thats not really honest.

You were dead, and some guy was trapstealing twice in a row, I even called for your help the first time he was trapstealing. At least you could've answered me, I actually haven't received any response from you at all.

when i'm on you do help people and if you are unsure about things you do ask to expand your knowledge and i like that.

i think that's what a community needs to grow is people willing to be helpful and asking questions to learn how to be better and we already have a great team on DR and i can see it as just getting better and better.
