Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
If they join and wanted help on bhopping I would refer them then to the !tutorial if they need any more help I would google it on the internet and get them another tutorial.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If someone was mic/text spamming I would first ask them to stop and give them a verbal. If they continued spamming the chat or mic spamming I would gag/mute them so they cannot do it any more. After I ungag them if the person starts to spam again or relogs and does it again then I will contact a higher member of staff with according proof to sort out the player as they feel according.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If someone was using an exploit on the server I would tell them that it is exploit and not to use it again and why it is an exploit. If they continue to use the exploit I would recorded it and show it to a higher member of staff so they can deal with it according to what they want to do or I will post the video on the forums if no staff members have contacted me in 24 hours.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I think I should be accepted because I love playing the bhop.
The reason I would like to become Moderator is to stop the people who ruin the experience of the players that are trying to play on the server.
As a moderator I would be able to stop these kinds of people and make the server a better place for the people who wants to enjoy the server.
I think I am a very experienced and mature staff member to have on the team also I am Admin on SSRP this shows that I am trusted.
