Im really not good at this application stuff, as you can see but Ghosting is when a dead person gives information to an alive person that they would have no way of knowing otherwise such as the code on helix, what blocks are false on some maps, which portal to take stuff like that

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Talk to them nicely and ask them to stop if they dont then Give a verbal warning and then a mute/gag then an official warning if it carrys on then a kick and get an Admin on to ban them if it continues after the warning I've corrected the disrespect part of your application - you always mute a player before warning them. Warning them won't make them stop, but muting them will force them to. I've also mentioned "gag" aswell - which is muting voice chat because the "mute" command only applies to text chat. I've seen you once or twice in game I think - but I can't remember what your attitude is like; this isn't necessarily a bad thing because you haven't got a bad attitude but it does mean you could do with communicating with the players - especially the staff members because then you can learn how to handle situations and get a better understanding of the rules. I'd also recommend you improve your activity until the upcoming meeting on Friday - which is held at 7PM GMT. I'm not going to post my verdict as I don't know enough about you to develop a structured opinion on this - but I've given you some tips on how to improve your application and better yourself as a potential upcoming staff member. |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application. This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting: Inconsistent activity, and you could improve the application. You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP! |
