I speak English and understand the basics of French.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
First I would explain to them what bhop actually is and I would tell them that when you hold space or whatever key they have binded to jump it will jump automatically without having to press it multiple times. I would also explain about strafing and pre-speed. Then I would tell them to type !tutorial to watch the video. Once they have watched the video I would tell them to ask me if they need any help and I would assist them to the best of my ability.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If someone was text/mic spamming I would first tell them to stop and give them a verbal warning. If they continue after the verbal warning I will explain to them that they are getting a warning and I will explain to them why. If they proeed to spam after the warning I would mute/gag the player. After some time I would ungag/unmute them and if they carried on after that I would kick them a contact a higher rank to ban the player.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would explain to the player that what they are doing is an exploit and that they shouldn't be doing it. If they carry on doing it after I have spoken to them I would warn them for doing it and explain to the player why they are being warned. If they carry on doing it after that I would contact a higher rank to ban the player. I would also get proof of the exploit and report it to a higher rank or put it on the forums.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I think that I should be accepted for Moderator because I really enjoy playing the bhop server and it is a server that I play almost every day but there is times when I don't enjoy playing or don't want to play because of the people that mic/chat spam or exploit the maps and it ruins the fun experience for the other players as well. As a Moderator I would be able to stop this from happening and would make the server a more fun place for the players. I am also trusted with commands as I am currently an Admin on SSRP. I also feel like I I have the right amount of experience to be a staff member on this wonderful server.
