What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is helping runners after you've died, for example telling them what portal is safe and what isn't.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell the player in question to cut it out, if he doesn't I would mute or gag him depending on his way of communication.

Why I should be chosen: (Why You?: I'm professional, serious and a good follower of rules. I speak many languages fluently and am confident that I'll make the right choices when it comes to being a mod. I have also been following punishments that have been given on the server and the reasons for those punishments. The mods and admins have helped me with explaining some of the reasons for the punishments, as it they have sometimes been inconsistent. I strive to be a very consistent mod and avoid making exceptions for anyone. I also wish to be able to monitor and tone down some of the slurs used in the server, such as "fag" and "retard" . The reason for that is because I've seen them go unpunished several times.

I've seen you around and you seem like a fun and friendly guy, you also have very good gametime and good activity. The application has definately improved.

You have been using another language instead of English yesterday after me and Nico telling you to English only you kept using your own language and you have been punished yesterday for it. I am thinking a staff material personality wouldn't do that.

I remember the occurrence. I saw that someone in the chat mentioning that he's from Belgium. I was excited to see someone from Belgium and wanted to greet him in his mother tongue because I've been to Belgium before. After that an admin told me to stop and I said a last sentence in french, there may have been more than two sentences in the chat, I do not recall the exact amount. Still the messages were inexcusable, but personally I do not agree that that mistake should occlude me from being a mod.
