What is Ghosting?
Ghosting is - when the dead guy said to the alive guy that the portal alredy activated or for example in the map deathrun Helix,when the dead guy said the code to the alive runners.Same the ghosting is, when people said true platforms, that are in the map deathrun_cb_egypt_v1

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If the guy will disrecpect other guy,in the start i'll give him a warning.If it doesn't work and the guy again begin disrespect, i shall give him !warn and mute him.If the guy willn't settle down and he will continue disrecpect, i shall inform about it to Head Admin.

Why I should be chosen?
In the start I play on the ZARP community a very long time and for a long time i wanted to be more than the just a player .I play very often on the server and i saw many moments when there aren't any moderator/admins and people just violate the rules,i don't like it! I'm very responsive guy, I often help newbie's on the server and I don't regret my points. (Average I gave players about 13000 points) I made friends with players, also i made friends with some admins and moderators.I want to be not just a player,I want to be the guy, who will watch the procedure.
