Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Person A goes up to person B and kills him for no reason at all, or for a his own personal (out of RP) reasons.
for example... Bob a friendly shopkeeper setting up his shop... random gangster in the street picks up a shotgun and blows poor Bob's brains out... RIP Bob.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR means after being killed you may not go back to the whole area where you have been killed or interact with anyone from your "past life" based on "past life" events
Scenario:
after a few hours Bob goes back to his shop.... he starts placing stuff inside his shop when a hitman completes a hit on Bob and kills him... Bob respawns and goes directly back to his shop and grabs his gluon gun and kills the Hitman

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
is using OOC (out of character) chat information to a persons advantage or to get revenge on someone
eg:
hitman respawns after Bob rekt him with a Gluon gun.... the hitman (Frank) starts typing in OOC " OMG BOB KILLED ME WITH A GLUON GUN ! HE'S AT HIS SHIP HIDING UNDER HIS TABLE WHILE STLL HOLSTERING !! COPS GO GET HIM"


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I check if player X is busy, if not i teleport him to a calm roof, i ask him to explain the situation fully and if he has any proof.... afterwards, i check if player Y is busy,if not I bring him in using SteamID so no name mixups occur...i tell him player X accused you of RDM and the logs shows that you have killed him... and i let him explain his side of the story... if player X did have sufficient evidence then i will warn player y after telling him the reason and ask him not to do it again. If player X did not have any evidence then i rely on my own judgement after hearing both stories and making sure i get all the information needed for the decision.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

i get to person X and get him to a calm roof if he is not busy, i ask him for the story and for proof, if not proof is present i bring player Y in and ask him why his deaths are so close to each other, depending on his answer and on the number of times he NLRed and the logs showing the deaths are so close to each other i give him a warning and tell him what he did wrong, and explain to him to what NLR is and ask him kindly to reread the rules...

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

i would teleport to player X and explain to him what Metagaming is... and i would tell him hes not allowed to use OOC for this.. if at most he can use /advert and make it roleplay relatable material... i would give him a verbal warning and ask him not to do that again , if repeated i warn player X

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I honestly want to help everyone to enjoy their time on the server, i've seen many RDMs and NLRs and generally lots of rulebreakers and no one was there to stop them, i see people getting people to rage and ruining their experience on Zarp... i am friendly, fun to hang with ... i am serious when the situation needs me to be... i know types of people and how they try to escape from getting warned by lying ( i can see when a person is lying or not) i love helping people learn more about the server and whoever did not read the rules to read them.... i am kind of always on the server, mostly zarp SSRP 2 since not alot of staff are there to stop rulebreakers.... i did have my rulebreaks (such as printing in elevator shaft etc) but i learned what i did wrong when a moderator warned me and told me what i did wrong, then i went to read all the server rules multiple times... and i enjoy my experience on here more and more per day ! and i want to help other people like that aswell and get the trollers and people who ruin others experiences away from the server. Plus i am always on time, if i am asked to be somewhere at lets say Every Saturday 7PM UTC *cough* ill be there at exactly 7PM UTC

No Bobs or Franks were harmed during the creation of this application. Player Y has fully learned his lesson and has read the rules multiple times and is now enjoying his time on the server.

Really funny, awesome and a fun guy to play with! He is always reporting rule breakers even if it's not directly related to him and he keeps his calm in these instances.

You false demoted yesterday, I gave you a verbal about it since it was a mistake, but I'll have to mention it in the meeting.

GOOD explanations but you might need to fix that warn problem you have some active warns. it seems like you know how to deal with situations but my opinion will be final in the meeting.
