Estimated Server Time - I have played on this server for over 200 hours the majority of that would be on server 2, I'm a very active player! I use to be a moderator on this server but I became inactive and stopped playing on Garry's mod but have come back to join the staff again!

Explain "Random Death Match and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when a player kills another player without any provocation by either means of defense, theft, being wanted or from general gang activity. This also means that citizens, gun dealers and all the other non raiding jobs are also classed as Rdm'ing on top of Fail rp'ing if they kill others on the street or if they try to raid and kill someone in there base. An example of this would be a gangsta coming up to you and shooting you because you insulted him saying "your gang is shit, but not as shit as the stuff that comes out your mouth".

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is the time period after death (3 mins) which you have to wait before going back into the district which you got killed in. The person who gets killed has to forget about the people who killed him and shouldn't act accordingly to try to kill them at a later date for doing so. Example a gun dealer gets killed outside his base defending against a mob boss who's trying to break in. The gun dealer comes back and shoots him from the other side of the district, this is breaking nlr.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player acts on ooc information either by using the ooc chat to sell goods/services instead of using the /advert chat or by knowing information which the character shouldn't know. For example a Police officer dies on the street and serves his nlr timer, he knows where he lives and finds the person who killed him as he knows he's wanted and arrests him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDM'ing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would ask player y why he killed player x and say that the logs are proof of this. If he said it was self defense I would then ask player x why he shot at player Y (unsure whether you have hit logs ontop of kill logs). If there is an invalid reason for shooting e.g. anything under (RDM) then I would warn player x. If none of this happens then I would ask if they have proof of this like screenshots.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would say to player Y that he cannot come back during his NLR timer and has to wait in a different district in the meantime, I would question him and ask him why he has died so many times. If this was a raid I would remind him that people can only raid once every 10 mins.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell him that its meta game to tell people your bank is being raided and that he has to either use /y, /pm, /911 and I would also recommend using /advert saying "The Bank is being Raided, police assistance is required and will be rewarded" (bribery is the way forward, and is legal when using advertisement).

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I'm a very active player with over 200 hours on the server and play on a regular basis especially at night. I've become quite antiquated with the rules due to being in lots of f1's and reporting rule breakers when I see them I'm not perfect but I hope to keep on learning the rules. I've enjoyed playing on this server and would love to help out with moderating. One of my favourite events was on server 2 where everyone was breaking the rules on countless occasions rdm'ing, and randomly arresting me and anyone on site. This is where redpowder and another admin came on and banned/warned the people who I got killed by. After that mass rule-breaking the admins did several events hiding money around the map and the fishing game which was really fun (didn't win anything but o well xD). some improvements that can be made

the application is good but you might need to change some things.
the how you would handle this situation with meta gaming there is no /911 and if i was handling that i would see if the player is not busy then either tp to him to tp him to you and explain that it is meta gaming and potentially give a verbal warn

there are other variables that you need to think of it cant just be a raid and who says it was all in the same district if you try to get a confession it would be good but you might beable to ask for proof and if lucky get some video evidence.

the explanation might need some fixing because the definition of rdm is killing a player with no valid rp reason because as the rules stateand also you cant punish the classes differently if you have valid proof or if you see them rdming

this is a good explanation but nlr just means entering the district you died in not necessarily killing because that gun dealer might come back into the district and tell a police office that he needs to stop his base getting raided or something along those lines.

to answer your question no we dont have hit logs and also you dont need to restrict your self to one possible scenario and you might need to get proof if he denies rdming and comes up with a valid reason why he killed him.
