When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The ban command has to be used when a player is constantly breaking the rules or when he/she makes the gameplay impossible and very unpleasant for the other players (for example, if the player is cheating, hacking or using anything to gain an unfair advantage). Also, if a player has a record of being very disrespectful/racist/sexist/using a lot of offensive terms/punishment avoiding (Disconnecting in order to not get warned for his bad actions) it should result in a well deserved ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Situation 1:A long time ago 2 guys (that were brothers) would go on the server late at night and EXP farm in front of the other players. Basically, when one of them was death he would kill every runner except the brother, resulting in him winning and gaining EXP. This would be repeated times and times again, resulting in a lot of EXP. They did this late at night so that few people witnessed their strategy. A friend of mine was one of this few people and warned me about it. As I entered the server I saw them do this and, since they didn't notice that I had entered, they kept doing their thing. I warned some admins about it and the guys eventually got banned some days later. The ban could have been even faster if I had access to the ban command in that situation, since I had enough proof of their illegal act.
Situation 2: There was a time where 2 players were constantly mic spamming. I was always gagging them and muting them when they kept showing their anger through the chat (by giving me various amounts of insults). Then, 1 of them was constantly leaving the server to avoid the gag. It was very late and no admins were online, so I couldn't reach any of them. The guys were never seen again, but the ban command was very legit in that situation, since the guy was punish avoiding a lot.

Why I should be promoted:I have been around the staff for 1 month. I've met a lot of people and had some very good laughs, both with other staff members and regular players of the server. I consider myself a very respectful guy. I tried my best to show respect to those who are superior to me and to call for their help everytime I needed. I think I did a good job as a moderator, always helping out players in any situation. Even with school going on, I've done my best to keep coming to the server and playing with everyone. I absolutely love it. Everytime I get on the server it's guarateed that I'm gonna have fun with everybody. And all the interaction with the players decreases rule-breaking noticeably. I want to keep helping the server out in any way I can.
