When it will be appropiate to use the ban command?

1: Racism, sexism, sexual harassment.
Temporary ban

2:Avoiding punishment (2 times or more)
Temporary ban

3: Hacking/DDos Threat
permanent ban.

4:Mass disrespect and failing to follow basic rules.
Temporary ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

I have had many situations for example i had a player swearing and disrespecting people over mic he was then gagged he then continued to type his disrespect so i muted him, he then left and rejoined his disrespect then continued and as this was his 3rd warn he was auto kicked, he then rejoined and continued and it unsettles players on the server he then got a 4th warning and was Temporary banned.
if i was an admin i would have been able to sort the problem sooner for mass disrespect and avoiding punishment.

Also i have had a player being extremely racist to others and as i mute/gag him/her they leave and rejoin shout and do the same and warning them was on the tricky side as they didn't stay on the server long enough for me to type it out or bring the menu up.
i would have been able to ban this player and stop him from further disrupting the server and its players if i was an admin.

i was on my own or with 1 other mod at the time of these events and the admins i have on my friends list were not available for contacting due to being offline or away so was a hard situation for a mod to handle.

Why should i be promoted?

I think i should be promoted because i put alot of time into death run and i enjoy playing the servers and would like to put more into helping the players of the server.
Also i think i get on well with the players that come on the servers i help them and guide them if they need help with accessing the point shop or even something as simple as how to taunt, i explain to the new players where they can read the rules and explain to them to the best of my ability what they have done is a rule break so they understand not to do it next time.
