Random death match or rdm is the engaging of other players in death match without valid RP reasons allowed by the rules.
Example: EMP RDMing me to test how OP the M4A1 is
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Interacting of entering inside the district you where killed in for four minutes.
Example: EMP snipping someone who just killed him

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Conveying RP information over non-rp channels
Example: (OOC)EMP: where you at?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Ask for evidence, and act on that. If no evidence is given I hear out both stories and compare them to the logs. If someone is clearly lying then I consider their account invalid and the non-lying party wins.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would use the f1 logs because this question is outdated and, has remained the same SINCE I FUCKING JOINED 1 1/2 years ago. We have better methods now man, come on.

I don't need proof if It's my opinion, His application got denied last week for basicly trolling and not putting enough effort in to his Application. This week he has put the effort in to it, I just still think he's immature and not ready to be staff yet. I honestly couldn't care if he was a Great Super Admin which I know he properly was but in my eyes, I want'to give him a -support.
