Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/%EE%80%94%20T...arpgaming.com:27025/

(Notice: I change my name frequently, and doing so, the information may reset, I have been playing these servers since around 2013.)

Age - 15 (16 soon)

Estimated Server Time - 235+
Languages I speak - English, very VERY small amount of Russian (Will likely just use Google Translate)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death match, or RDM, is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason.
Scenario: Michael walks into a gun store and buys a SPAS 12. He then walks across the street and shoots and kills Gavin without a valid RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life rule is the rule that each time you die you start a new life and that you are not aloud to return to your death point until your NLR time is up. The rule still applies if you were CDMed, RDMed, or propkilled.
Scenario: Michael lock picks into Gavin's base and kills him in the process of the raid. Gavin then rushes back to his base once he respawns and kills Michael while he is still raiding, all before the NLR timer is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is writing IC info in OOC chat.
Scenario: Michael decides to raid Gavin. Gavin types in OOC chat: "Ryan quick, I'm getting raided by Michael, get over here and kill him!"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would begin by teleporting to Player X and ask for his side of the story. Once he is done explaining his side, I would then bring Player Y and ask for his side of the story. If it gets to the point in which both sides are telling different stories, I would then ask for evidence from either Player. If there is evidence of Player Y RDMing Player X, I would leave him with a warning and return him to his original position. If not, I would explain that there is no clear evidence of the incident and return Player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Similar to the RDM report, I would teleport to Player X and get both sides of the stories. If it gets to the point in which both sides are telling different stories, I would then ask for evidence from either Player. If there is evidence of Player Y breaking the NLR rule, I would leave him with a warning and return him to his original position. If not, I would explain that there is no clear evidence of the incident and return Player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would ask for Player X to pm someone for help, rather than announce it in OOC. If Player X were to continue, I would leave him with a warning and be done.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
WELL to start, I have been a moderator a total of 2 times and was demoted twice. That may seem bad at first glance, however, the reasons behind this are as follows: The first time was for inactivity. The second time was for an unknown reason, I posted it on the the forums and, not to point names, but Bigdaddy said that he would sort it later and I never really got a response back from that. That being said, I have experience as a moderator. I am mostly active on Server 2, which is a good thing, as from what I've seen the staff seem to use the server as a "Print or Mine and AFK", and not really deal with many F1s. I've had countless scenarios where people have realized the staff was AFK or not online at all, and started rule-breaking as if ZarpTown was directed by James DeMonaco (Director of The Purge). Anyhow, I enjoy helping out new players to the server and explaining rules to them, I always have been happy to help.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Low activity, play a lot more throughout the weeks and apply again.

You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
