Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM means when a player kills another player for no reason, example: Joe is walking down the street minding his own business. Then a random player comes and kills/shoots Joe.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The "New Life Rule" is a rule that means you have died and cannot return to the district you died within three minutes and do not remember your pass life. An example of this being broken is a Thief raids a base and kills the Gangster inside, The gangster then returns to his base instantly and kills the thief without waiting three minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a rule that makes typing RP information in OOC (Out Of Character) chat.
example:
[Player A] and [Player B] live together and [Player C] raids them while only [Player A] is inside the base, after seeing this [Player A] types in OOC chat to [Player B] and him are getting raided, it is okay to type it in a /pm (private message) to the other player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport to the person who filed the F1 and see if he is in the middle of a raid or being raided (if so I will wait) and ask about his F1 after, I will teleport him to a calm rooftop and ask for his story. I would then teleport the accused player to the rooftop and ask for the acused players story, if the accused admits to RDMing i will ask him why he did it and to make shure he understands the rule. After that i will punish him by either giving him a warning using the /warn command. If the accused does not admit to RDMing i would ask for any proof from the accuser and if the proof is beliveable the player will be given a warning (for lying) but if the evidence is not beliveable i will sadly not be able to do anything. I will then Teleport both players to their previous locations or lower them down using the physgun. (if the accused player broke the rules because he did not read the rules I would teach him the rule and tell him to read the rules himself)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport to the person who filed the F1 and ask what happend, I will teleport him to a peaceful rooftop(where there are no other f1n's being dealt with) I would then teleport the accused player to the rooftop and ask for the other persons story, if he admits to breaking NLR he will be punished. If he does not admit to it i would ask for evidence off of the accuser and request aid from an admin using the NLR print console command, If the evidence is believeable and the admin proves that he broke NLR he will be warned (for lying). (if the accused player broke the rules because he did not read the rules I would teach the rule and tell him to read the rules himself using /rules)

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would explain to him that he is breaking the metagaming rule I explained earlier, I wouldn't warn him though, I would give him a verbal warn and help him understand and the metagaming rule. Next time i would ask him to use /pm. If I would see him do it again I would have to warn him.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I believe that i should be picked as a moderator because i have played on Zarp for a decent amount of time, i'm kind and friendly and I know the rules. I find it very annoying how many people break rules and get away with it,i want to prvent that and get rid of the rule breakers. I also want to extend the amount of fun on ZARP and help the community,but not only would i like to have fun for myself, i would like to keep people playing on ZARP and help them out. When i always see new people on server i give them 20k each and say to them have a great time on ZARP and dont ever break rules. I always listen to any staff member no matter in what stage they are in. I will do my best to reply to any f1

I would really like to have this priverlage. i can accept failing but i will be very deprest.
I will respect any comments no matter if good or bad.
