Yes i do understand my recent activity is bad, however i will bring it back up as i've been very busy, the reason i resigned.

What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player tells useful information that alive players don't know which benefits the alive players.
like "Player X dies, Player Y is the last one, player X starts shouting it's the left door (it is the left door), Player X would first be verbally warned by me, if he did this again a warning would be issued due to ghosting.



How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If the player is being very offensive and disrespecting other players he would receive a mute if it's in the chat, however if he is doing it verbally he receives a gag. After the gag/mute expires and he keeps being disrespectful, he would be gagged/muted but also this time warned for disrespectful behavior as he obviously can't behave.

Why I should be chosen:
You should choose me because i have previous staff experience, When i left ZARP after being a SSRP Moderator, i became a super admin on another community, ended up leaving that one later on too, came to another community and became admin, So i have loads of experience! (I left ZARP for the first time about 8 months ago, My latest community i was staff on i left about 3 weeks ago). Adding me to the staff team would be great because i would do my best to minimize rulebreakers and disrespectful people, people who can't behave on our servers. I'll cut this short, also sorry for my past inactivity, I haven't had that much time since school has been very very busy the past 2 weeks.
