Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I`ve done many F1`s where I needed a higher ranked staff member to help me out because I couldn`t do it myself as a moderator like warning someone because they left the server and I can`t do it as a moderator and I have to ask other admins to do it or when there is no admins online and someone tries prop spamming and I can`t freeze props (Or even find the prop spammer) and it just crashes the server or lags it out really hard until the person stops. I feel like if I was a admin I could be a more efficient person in the server and help out more.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I`ve once saw a mass RDM`er which I froze and took him to a roof and asked him why he did it, he didn`t anwser me and just ignored me so I warned him and let him go with a warning that if I see him RDM`ing one more time he will get banned. After like an hour I see him RDM`ing again so I freeze him and I ask him again why he did and I just got ignored again, so I got his steam ID and wanted to tell the admins to ban him, but there weren`t any online at the moment so I let him go off with a warn again and wait for a admin to get online to ban him, but later on my internet connection went off and I lost the steam ID and the person was off with just simple warnings when he deserved a ban. This says that if I was a admin I could`ve banned him, but instead he went free to play on our servers with no severe constenquences.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations for becoming a moderator on our servers, here are the basic commands of a moderator:

F1 menu - Opens a menu that shows all the unhandled and being handled at the moment F1`s. Right click one of the F1`s and you can press "Handle this" and then you will start handling the F1 if noone else is or "Mark as spam/abuse" if the person made more then 1 F1 in a short period of time. Afterwards when you start handling it you right click the F1 again and you can see new commands like: Goto (Use it to go to the person and start the conversation why the F1 was made and sort the problem out), Bring, Mark as finished (Press it to finish the F1 if the problem was solved) or Abort handling this (Only do it if there is a another admin handling it already and if he is sure he doesn`t need your help). You can also see 2 other tabs like: Warnings, this is where you see all the warnings given out in the past 10 minutes and Logs, this is where you can check the kill logs, arrest logs, name change logs etc. that we`re done in the past 10 minutes.

F6 Menu - Find the player that is online at the moment at the server and then you can see all their bans, warns and anti-cheat warns and the reason or get the player`s Steam ID, go to the bottom of the spoiler and find search, press it and enter the Steam ID and then you can see all his bans, warns and anti-cheat warns.

/tp - Teleports you where your crosshair is pointed at

/tp (Player name)/Steam ID - Teleports the person to where your crosshair is pointed at

/goto (Player name)/Steam ID - You teleport next to the person

/bring (Player name)/Steam ID - Teleports the person next to you

/freeze (Player name)/Steam ID - Freeze`s the player (Only use it if it is really nescessary etc. See someone RDM`ing you freeze them or when you teleport them over and they run away or kill you)

/back (Player name)/Steam ID - You teleported someone to a another location in a F1? Write this and it will teleport them to their last location.

/slay (Player name)/Steam ID rocket/silent/explode - Slays/Kills the person. (Only use it if someone is etc. breaking NLR you warn them and then you slay them for it.

/warn (Player name)/Steam ID - Gives the player a warning for breaking the rules

/unwarn (Player name)/Steam ID - Unwarns the player if you gave them a false warning by mistake

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first ask other admins around if I should forgive the person or not, if they say: Yes. I would shorten their ban to a 1-3 week ban, seeing how bad the prop spam was (Crashed the server or lagged it out really hard). If the admins say: No. I would then consider it if I should shorten their ban or not seeing on how bad the prop spam was

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Because I am active, I always help out the people of ZARP whenever I can. I always consider my actions before I warn someone etc. When I was a moderator I always did everything I could in F1`s, didn`t rush them, figured situations out. I believe I am experienced enough and I could do much more to server if I was a admin. I did as many F1`s I could`ve done with having some fun on the server myself. I attend the meetings as much as I can. I think I am professionalized enough for this job hopefully. I have been in many situations where I could`ve done more if I was a admin in F1`s. I have let some people down knowing and telling them I can`t do anything because only a higher ranked staff member can do it. Myself I think I am experienced trusted enough to become a admin for this amazing server. I hope I can get accepted.

I don't see need for the yellow if the main are red and blue.

Recently helped you do an F1, you did a lot of them and you see friendly enough, you helped me host an event and it went great, you can actively participate in the community and you're ready for the role of admin!
