Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I feel like I have contributed to the staff team and helped out a lot of users/players with there F1's
The only reason I feel like I want to be Admin is so I can not waste other admin's time.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

When someone was Mass RDMing in spawn, there was no admins online so I took him to a roof and talked to him, he said he was sorry and it was his brother so I warned him and let he to roleplay.
10 minutes later, I get an f1 saying he is RDMing again.
So I talk to him again and he starts swearing at me so I started to record but then i made a mistake and clicked it twice so I stopped recording.
If I was Admin I could of banned him instead of mistaking stop recording.
He got away without the punishment he needed.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I will reduce the ban to 2 Weeks due to Prop Spam is a serious rule that he has broken but he put a lot of effort and detail in the appeal so I accepted it.

I will reduce your ban to 2 weeks by this time you should of read the rules so you do not get banned again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think in my time as Moderator, I have been active and professional enough to become a Admin of Zarp.
I have handled a lot of F1's also I love helping people.
I am very dedicated to the server and come on mostly all the time I can.
I think I have had enough experience as moderator to prove that I am ready for Admin.
I am very friendly.
I work very hard at my moderation role.
When someone breaks a rule, If they tell me they do not know the rule I explain what the rule is to them so they know for future reference.
The only reason I want Admin is so I can help players with their requests.
Hope everyone can give me a chance as Admin to see how well I help players with their requests..

You might wanna change the question and answer to different colors, as it can seem to be confusing to some people. 2 more things. I don't know if they're /THAT/ picky, but for the " Explain why I should be promoted," is only 106 words, only falling short of it by 44 words. Secondly, I also don't know how the Staff team feels about you not having most of you application in standard Paragraph form. So for now...

I understand but I'm on 24/7 when I'm allowed I come back from school at 4 and stay on till 7 which is when my internet turns off. Sorry I forgot to mention this.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
