TOPIC: [SSRP] Sakuragi Hanamichi's Second App

NOTE: I thank the staff team for reviewing my last app, I got told that I need to get my recent warnings sorted out, I thought about of the little warns I had, ever since I got them, I never got any more warns after them, and I've learned from my simple mistakes, and after this, I will never get any warns, I'm playing it safe and serious, and I'm not rude to anyone and friendly to everyone, again I will thank the staff team for reviewing my last app.

New Note! 29/9 : Brother Jamie gave me a warn today by accident and after the warn he tp himself to me instantly and he said that he's sorry about him giving me the warn by accident and it was wrong person and then he removed my warn and ofc i forgive him cuz he's a great staff and it's just a simple mistake he did,I'm posting this screen shot about him removing my warn and just so you don't think that i'm getting any new warns after i made this app.

I play on the first server, my current RP Sakuragi Hanamichi, I played with another old name, but it's been a while and I don't remember it, I tried searching for my RP name on Gametracker, I couldn't find it, I only found my steam name Joestar.

I study lawyering in university, so I will be online daily from 8.00PM to 12.00AM (EEST) So 3-4 hours everyday.

English, Arabic and Turkish.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Short for RDM, which a player kills another player for no given reason, example : A Citizen is walking down the street, when a Gun Dealer came up to him and killed him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Short for NLR, which is if someone killed you need to wait 3 minutes until you come back or interact with the place you died at, until the NLR timer is up, and he must forget everything that happened in your past life, example: A gangster has a base and printing, a thief comes and raids him and kills him and lets say he stole his printers, the gangster needs to wait 3 minutes and forget about what happened in his last life until he comes back to his base, and he shouldn't ask the thief for the printers back because he should've forgot about his last life.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Talking about IC information in OOC, or talking about RP in OOC, example: Someone says:"(OOC) I need guns, any gun dealers around?" Of course this is wrong and considered as Meta, because he must advert it, not OOC it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First, I talk to player y, there might be a valid reason for him to kill, here's an example, player y was a gun dealer who owns a shop. and player x was a citizen, player x goes in player y's store, and tried to troll him, and he kept doing it for a long time, player y warns the citizen and tells him to get out, the citizen denies, and player y kills him.
Of course there might still be a chance he did kill him for no reason, and if I had enough evidence, I will warn player y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will ask player x for evidence/screenshots of player y breaking NLR, and if he had evidence that the kills happened in less that 3 minutes, I will ask player y about what happened, and if player x didn't provide enough evidence, I say to him that I can't do anything because of the lack of the evidence, but if I had enough evidence, player y gets warned for NLR.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I will TP to player x and talk about what he did, and when we come to conclusion i will give him a verbal warn for meta gaming and i will tell him: Just be careful next time and use advert if you need help with your bank and if you called for help in ooc again i will give you a warn for meta gaming and don't forget only cops can help you when your bank is being raided.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

Let me get this straight, I have 47 hours now(9/27), its good in my book, I'm still building more time, and I have experience being staff, because I was an admin in other RP servers, but as you can see I'm currently not staff on any server, and I will be joining 3-4 hours in a day, I'm not one of those people who REALLY wants to be a mod and they do nothing about the server and help no one, I generally have alot of hours on Gmod, +900 hours, the reason I wanted to place a mod application, because the server is always full of people, and what I noticed, if someone calls help for an admin, they take a while to come, and that thing is kinda annoying, I saw alot of people, and my self, get RDMed, and I ask for staff help, they take some time to come to me, they don't come instantly, but of course I understand why the staff won't respond to problems instantly, because many players submit F1, and of course generally the staff team is great, all of them do they're work the fullest, probably everybody needs help every one second, and of course if you accept me to be a mod, it will be my pleasure to help people, and when I come to the server, when I see someone calling, I instantly go for them, no matter what I'm doing, long questions or short, I will take all my time to help them until they are satisfied, after they become satisfied, they surely will love the server more and more, and give us a good reputation, in that case they will tell their friends that there's a big DarkRP server and it has staff that responds to you instantly for any question you ask, and this server will become one of the best servers, and I will do my best to make everyone know, that the Zarp DarkRP is one of the best servers, with their staff that helps people in all shapes.

The ONLY thing people might be picky about is that your explanation of the app has lots of run on sentences. Other than that...

no problem my friend thanks again for the one million I really ohope u get picked for staff today because ure the most one who knows about the rules in the server imo hopefully if i call for help u come because no one else come maybe he comes after 30 minutes but really after 30 minutes my jimmies aren't as rustled as before like i get butthurt after the first five minutes but after that its all cool so i cant complain as good but yeah man you's realy ative on server 1

Sorry about warning you, there was another guy I was trying to warn but you both had near enough the same RP Names but it ended up warning you, sorry for any inconvenience. I had removed your warning soon as I accidently warned you.

In my opinion my app looks fine and it's well explained.

As you seem to have been denied last week for recent warnings i am just gonna say that recent warnings lasts for 2 weeks (14 days) so if you have had a warning in under 2 weeks it will count as recent. (I don't know if you have recent warnings or not tho a staff member may post them if they wish)

Slapy, I do warn with SteamID, this was a 1 off mistake as I was in a rush because the 2 people I warned was rdaing, so I had no time to get SteamID.
