I would give player y a warning and continues ban/kick them

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would copy chat in an word document and look at the nlr that way

you should chose me because I am smarter with my choices. I am a 3 year player at a mature age. I have the guts to play I can get 5 players to recommend me. I can also get 3 servers owners to recommend me to. I appreciate the time you spent reading this.

<-- This definition is complete gibberish. You also did not provide an example. Redo this one

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. when someone dies at a spot then they return to it that is called nlr <-- Highly vague and incomplete. There is a certain timeframe and those "spots" are well limited by something. Also players can be breaking NLR whilst being in different "spots". No example here either.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. In role-playing games, a player is metagaming when they use knowledge that is not available to their character in order to change the way they play their character <-- This isn't a good definition. Sure it might apply for other severs, but here, metagaming is only about OOC. And once again, no examples.

I would give player y a warning and continues ban/kick them <-- Terrible way of handling. You should ask for a kill reason or ultimatley get to a confession, if no proof can be provided. If players both have valid stories and no proof, you'll have to let it go

In this post i am going to review Insert admin here and seperate both negatives and positives and give a detailed report with my verdict and tips for the future to the induvidual. I hope you take time to read this post, as i took the time to give you a detailed review.


First view on application : it seems fine and easy to read
Explanations and answers : bad some of the explanations and answers are in correct because why would you ban/kick them because you see in the logs that the person killed them and nlr is in districts not "spots
Gametime : bad acivity

Okay so it was just last night that I caught Madminer2243 prop blocking one of the tunnels with an invisable prop, when I confronted him about changing the texture and adding a keypad on both sides he changed to a Black Market Dealer and tried to kill me, I called an admin and he then admitted that he was trying to own that entire area claiming it to be for his gang yet he was the only one there and didn't own all the doors to all the houses.

Can you please explain to me how this was false when he got warned for it? and you can clearley see in the screenshot that he had clear props also you cannot claim an area that big without having your entire gang there and owning all the doors, please read the rules.
