When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
When someone is mass disrespecting, avoiding punishment.
We can ban hackers too with this command.
Example:

BigBuffyBoy85: I hate this server, Mods are suck!
BiWx Voorhees: !gag BigBuffyBoy85 Disrespect
BiWx Voorhees gagged BigBuffyBoy85 Reason: Disrespect
BigBuffyBoy85 left the game.
BigBuffyBoy85 joined the game.
BigBuffyBoy85: I hate this server! F*ck you BiWx Voorhees!
BiWx Voorhees banned BigBuffyBoy85 from the server (Mass disrespect, Avoiding punishment).

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

We had to deal with a mass disrespectful player with my moderator friend. The Disrespectful player called my friend as a (I am not going to include that) Something really bad. We finally found an admin online so called him to ban him and he got banned.

Why I should be promoted:
I played a lot of weeks as a moderator, so much experiance. I learned a lot about players. Sometimes there are no admin online on the server sometimes. I am on the two servers every afternoon or If I am ill....
The new commands can be very useful. I would like to help ZARP more. I played about 3 and a half days. I am very active on both servers. There are many rulebrakes who exploits, trapspams, reactivate, voice spam, chat spam a lot, they need ban. I met people in my moderator rank who was mass disrespectful and I couldn't ban them, they avoided punishment too.
I will do my best to ZARP gaming community, if I can make to admin.
