I only have a few hour since I have recently retuned to Gmod, but I am able to play the game for 3-4 hours a day

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM for short, is when one player kills another person with out a reason. For example, if a citizen is walking along the road and a thief kills him without a warming. If this occurs a warning should be given to the thief, unless he can explain he reasons for doing so. If they carry on they should be kicked, before being ban for constant abuse.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR for short, is when a player is killed and returns to the same location same location, where he died. This is applied for 3 minutes after death and is the player killed returns before, they should be given a warning, then a kick and if they keep on doing they should be banned.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Meta gaming is an action that can be used during the /me action or the ooc action for expamle if someone is out side of another base and the /me : Get away for the base then the player then ignores the warning then the player is right to kill them and they cant say RDM because they broke the Metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation;
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
First I would ask both players what had happened, then from the info they gave me I would make my decision.If both players disagree with each other, I would have to give a warning to player y since he kill player x. Then I would remind both players about the RDMing rule before letting both players go.

Explain how you would handle the following situation;
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time:
I would bring bother players together in a room and get their stories. After listen to them very carefully, i would look at the console and what ever story is closest matching to the console I would give out warning to player y, if not I wouldn't give warning, but remind both players about the NLR rule.

Explain how you would handle the following situation;
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
If player x uses the F1, I would tp to play x and ask him for the problem. If I feel that the robbers have not broken any rules I would tell that to the banker, but if I feel rules where broken then I would take action to the robbers and give them warning if the rule they broke deserve it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen to be an admin because, I feel that I would be very quick to response to F1's and I would be very fare, by taken every situation serious and carefully to make sure people get the right justice. I feel this would improve people experience in the server. Also, I am a very social and caring person, this mean that I would be able to talk to anyone in any situation. I have previously modded a servers a few years back so I know how much time and effort it takes to be one, giving me an advantage over a few mods.
