Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match, often referred to as RDM, is when a player kills another player for no valid reason.
Scenario: Player A is a citizen running across the road, when he spots Player B, who is a thief. Player A then pulls up his M249 and kills Player B. This would be RDM and also FailRP as citizens can only use handguns.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, often referred to as NLR, is the rule saying that players that die, cannot return to the same district (between tunnels) before after three minutes has passed since the player died.
Scenario: Player A is unlucky and forgets to refill his druglab cooler. This results in his drug lab exploding, and Player A dying. He then runs back to his home before three minutes has passed, continueing to make money.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking about IC (In Character) stuff, in the OOC (Out Of Character) chat. This would be giving info about IC, without giving the info in Character.
Scenario:(OOC) Player A: Cops help! I am being raided! My house is at the gas station!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would bring player x to me and ask him for his story. Then I would ask for any proofs of the RDM happening. Then I would bring player Y to me and ask him for his story. If it turns out that the stories are completely different and that player X has no proofs, I wouldn't be able to do anything. Should player X have proof, and/or that their stories matches(in a way that says that player Y RDM'ed him, I would warn Player Y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first bring Player X to me, asking for his story, and if he do have any screenshots. Then I would check the time in the logs. If it shows that the kills happened within three minutes, I would bring player Y to me, and ask about his story. If Player X doesn't have screenshots and Player Y denies it happening within the same district, I wouldn't be able to do anything, and have to tell Player X I am sorry for not being able to help.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would first send a private message to Player X telling him that it is metagaming and what metagaming is. If he does it again I would warn him for metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen as I have been staff member before and I love to help other players on the server. I know the rules and I play very often. Most of the time when I play there isn't any staff on, or they are AFK, something which is annoying as the players wont get any staff help when they need it. I love to spread happiness to the players, even thought I have my dark days every now and then. I have good control over my anger and I am very patient. If one of the servers needs assistance and they ask me to come on (If I am on my computer), I will come on and help. I am also very interested in helping other staff members to learn more about being staff, if they have questions etc. I know how people will say "It is way too early, you just came back" But think about it. The gametracker will continue to grow until the meeting on saturday.

5 days only on server one tho, game time on other server is pretty low between the 6 days and has no other time playing unless someone else can see any history
