What is ghosting? And give a example:
Ghosting is when someone say in chat/team chat or in voice chat (when he is dead) which way he needs to go or which portal, example: player 1 talks to the other players stand on the left block that is to good one! (even when its not the good one) its ghosting, When a player did that i should warn him for Ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I'm going to warn him for disrespect and gag him(voice chat) or mute him(normal chat), and say that he can't do that anymore.


Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen as moderator because: I got experience on a tiny dutch role-play (darkrp) server. I like to help people when they are in trouble or if they have just questions, When someone has evidence that a player did something wrong i stop playing and wacht immediately his screenshot/small film. I can play long in week, even at night i can play long. my time on gmod is now 785 hours. in these two weeks my play time is 84.4 hours. When i got chosen i'm going to do everything what is needed to help someone.
