Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I know the commands as a bhop moderator when they should be used and when they shouldn't I feel I have done a good job over the past 2 weeks and I've helped a lot of players with bhop. I've also stopped mic spammers/chat spammers
I've kept the server calm and I will continue to do so. I love bhop and I think I've made it more enjoyable by getting rid of rulebreakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well I've had a few, one of the hardest one's was when no admins+ were online and a few people had sprayed inappropriate sprays as well as gun spamming. Since I only have access to mute/gag/tp to players it was quite hard, I tried to speak to them in chat and tried to get them to reconnect at the very least. Another instance was when people were talking over others a few players were speaking in a different language and the english were speaking over them, I wasn't sure what to do seen as I didn't want to gag the wrong person so I had to wait a while to catch them out. Another one was when a player said someone was scripting I was in teamspeak with my friend and me and him were spectating the supposed scripter but we weren't sure, the person was reaching around 1000m/s and it was on bhop_engima2 I tried confronting the person many times about it but they didn't reply.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello and congratulations on becoming a bunny hop moderator, first of all we'll go over the commands you'll be using, first one is !admin in this you'll have access to get a person's steamid gag a person mute a person or tp to a person. I'll give you some examples of when to use these commands

• If a player is mic spamming being disrespectful e.g being racist then you must gag them.
• If a player is spamming chat or disrespecting in anyway you must chat mute them
• If a player is stuck you can use the tp command to tp to them to find out if its a glitch in the map you will also need to tp them back to the last checkpoint or the beginning, you can also tp to them if they need help bhopping.

Ok, so a few last things is you need to be "professional" so this means, no joking around no emoticons. Your primary goal is to make sure all the players are happy keep rulebreakers out.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If the player showed valid proof of him/her not hacking I would say it like this

Hello, I have looked over you proof and spoken about it with higher ranks, and we have decided to unban you make sure this doesn't happen again.

But if the player either didn't provide proof or the proof showed the player clearly hacking it would go like this

Hello I have looked at your appeal and have decided to decline this appeal, it was clear in the evidence provided that you were hacking.
Additional notes on this:
If the player said that they were hacking it would also be declined because they should have either read the rules or have seen the chat message about cheating.[/color]


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Currently as a moderator I can not stop as many rule breakers as I'd like. I see a lot of rulebreakers weekly that I cannot stop as a admin I would have access to

• Kick, this would be useful if players kept breaking rules e.g mic spamming or putting down inappropriate sprays
• Ban, this would be useful if I saw a player bullying/harassing another player or if anti cheat didn't catch a cheater
• Force change, only in extreme emergencies would I use this, for example. If a map breaks or bots aren't working
