Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a moderator has been great, I have met almost all of the staff team, and they are all very friendly, I spend most of my time in the server doing F1's and I really enjoy doing them, I enjoy spending time in solving peoples problems, this is why I've applied for Administrator, because I want to take my helping skills to the next level.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): When I was a moderator I encountered a lot of rule breakers, but the people that stuck out to me the most where these people who was all in the same gang, there was about 5 of them and they were all Mass RDMing, it was very late and only me and Ella were on, I managed to freeze all of the suspects, and asked Ella for a bit of help. Between me and Ella we then decided to permanently ban all of them, because they were being very offensive, bringing up things like; Abortions, Cancer and many other very offensive things, it will stick out to me the most because how shocked I was because they was all doing it, but we did overcome them people by permanently banning them, they clearly wasn't there to roleplay.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: If I had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator I would say; I would tell teach them, how to give warnings, how to answer F1's, and how to use all the commands I would also then give them the following advice: Don't get angry, because if you were to get angry you can loose your job, stay calm, and people will be calm back towards you, Know the rules through thoroughly or have the rules printed out so then if you need to have a look back on the rules if you're unsure, you can do it really quick and not waste anyone's RP time, Don't overdue F1's because if you overdue F1's and don't do enough RP you will get fed-up really quick, and then you would most likely not want to be a moderator any more, Don't always give a warning, try a verbal warning, because sometimes not all cases are worthy of a physical warning so if you try a verbal warning you'll make more people happier, try and always be positive never be negative, because if you're negative then the people around you will be negative, know how to use the administrative centre thoroughly, deal with as many F1's as possible but don't do to many, if you need any help don't be afraid to ask, that is what the admin chat is for, and last a finally, be friendly to everyone, and don't be biased.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?: I would first, check Player X's warning and see if he had and serious warnings prior to this, if he had any warnings for the same thing or similar, I would then reply on his ban appeal this; "Appeal Accepted, I've decided to accept this appeal and reduce the ban time down to 1 week, this is because you have some warnings for the similar things, while your ban is still active, please read the rules through thoroughly and I hope you enjoy your time on the server when you're unbanned." but if he didn't have any warnings for the same thing or similar I would reply on his ban appeal like this; "Appeal Accepted, Don't forget to go back over the rules, to ensure this doesn't happen again, and enjoy your time on the server! "

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I should be promoted because; I think that I should be promoted because I really enjoy being a moderator, but I don't feel that it is enough for me, I want to be able to do more things and help people more than I can already, I really enjoy doing F1's and I spend most of my time doing F1's on the server, I try my best to be as active on the server as I can, and I'm always trying to help people and catch out rule breakers, I am also a very unbiased person, I am also a very friendly person, and some people do say that I'm a very likeable one too, I would also like to be a administrator because sometimes when I'm not late in the nights and sometimes there are groups of rule breakers it is hard to punish them, because I'm not able to ban them and there is sometimes no admins online.

Well if he is gonna train the moderator that kind of a training, the mod wont know the commands, so he explains about f1 but thats it. and you got also exrobite his warn request.
