Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel like I learned a lot and became me more experienced during my time as a moderator.
And also think It will help me become a good Admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One time some players decided to cdm everyone at spawn and I witnessed it, I said in admin chat to ban them and gave their steam id's.
I couldn't do anything to properly punish them and that made me feel really frustrated because they weren't getting banned.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Because he went into great effort and apologized I would lower his ban to 5 days and reply to his thread.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because;
I learnt a lot while being a moderator.
I am a good person in general.
I deserve promotion.
I do f1's. and Help out people
And think I would be able to increase both quality and quantity of them as an Administrator.
I need to become an admin because when rulebreakers leave
to avoid punishment I have to provide proof for other admins to ban them.
I love being Staff.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
