Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario - a Random Deathmatch or RDM is a situation where a player kills another player for no reason or a player kills another player for unjustifiable reasons. Example: Player A (The Victim) is a Citizen and Player B (The RDM'ER) is a S.W.A.T Member or Civil Protection. Player B walks past Player A and Player A calls Player B's character a pig (for being a Police Officer). Player B reacts to Player A by killing him. This would be RDM as Player A was roleplaying and Player B didn't warn or question Player A.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario - a New Life Rule or NLR is the amount of time after you have died that you can go back to the place you originally died. An example of this is that a Player A (S.W.A.T Member) is rading a base for printers and Player B (a gangster) kills him. Player A then spawns back into the game and goes straight back to the base to continue raiding. Player A has broken the NLR Rule as he didn't wait a sufficient amount of time before going back to the base as in roleplay when you die you forget everything that happened to you in the previous life.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario - Metagaming is an "out of character" action that a character shouldn't know as they have died or found out information in a way that the players character shouldn't know. The player takes advantage of information their in-game character shouldn't know. Also Metagaming can be where a player uses information or gives out information in /ooc which is an out of character way of gaining information which the character would originally not of known. An example of this is Player A is killed by police and after waiting the required amount of time goes back to the Player B (the Police Officer that killed him). Player A questions Player B on why he killed him and uses knowledge from his previous life. This is Metagaming as Player A has used knowledge that he knows but not what his character is supposed to know.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would deal with this situation by first asking Player x what happened before teleporting Player y to avoid arguments and interruptions. I would then PM Player y and ask him of he is currently available for a talk. I would then teleport him to me and then ask him what happened. I would then figure out any mistakes the accused RDM'er may have made in their story and I would figure out any mistakes the accuser has made in their story. If no rules were broken and both people are both happy with what happened and understand then I would finish. If however one of them is caught lying I would then warn them for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask Player x to explain fully what happened and then I would ask Player y for their story. If any of the two are caught lying I would warn them. If Player y admitted to breaking NLR I would give them a verbal warning but a warn if he does it again. If no solution is made I would tell Player y not to break NLR and be careful. I would make sure each person is happy with the results from the sit and return each of them to their original position.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would handle this situation by asking if Player x is available for a sit. I would then move us to a place where we could not be interrupted (rooftop). I would then give him a verbal warning and explain the Metagaming rule to him. I would make sure that he understands the rule and in future follows it. I he is caught Metagaming again then i would give him a warn.

Why I should be chosen

I think that i should be chosen because I believe in listening to everybody's story and not being biased. Everyone's story should be heard before a sit is over and everyone should be satisfied with the results if possible. I also see a lot of rule breakers and trolls on the servers I play which aren't properly dealt with. I also see a lot of people complaining of no admin/moderator assistance, as a moderator I would do my best to ensure to make my sit's as quick as possible but making sure the issue is resolved before i'm done to ensure the most people's F1's are responded to and dealt with. I have also seen bias in admin sit's including one of my own where i got a kick because the person I was accusing was a friend of the admins. My quality of moderation would be fast. friendly and unbiased.
