What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player tells the Runners that he pressed the right/left portal.
For example: You are dead and tell the Runners that the Death is AFK or already activated the trap.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If the Player disrespecting other players he will get a mute or gag and a warn for disrespecting if he doing this again, he wil recive both again next map. If he rejoins everytime i would call an admin if he can ban him for like 15/30 minutes.

Why I should be chosen:
You should choose me cause I'm a respectful and good player at the community, I could better communicate with german players and help them easily. I have some experince cause i were Operator on a German TTT and Deathrun Server.
I know clearly the rules and want to help people when they don't know what do or are in trouble! I play Gmod every day especially on your Deathrun Server, and i am tolerant to everyone!

If the disrespectful person was to be kicked while getting muted and gagged, then there shouldn't have been a mute and gag. It's time consuming to do this. You either kick the person for constant disrespecting or use the other commands.
