Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
What I've learned is a lot, and I will not stop learning. From what I've shown is that I playthe game as its meant to be. Obey the rules,but still keep in my mind that it is a game and to have fun
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). every day I encounter the problem where someone needs a certain punishment, like jail them instead of warn them. Or someone who is rdming, gets a warning, continues, another warning and then he starts mass rdming, would've kicked him, but he had the 'three-strike-warning' and was auto kicked. He rejoined and rdmed once more, as well as being racist, very racist. He got the 4th warning and 1 hour ban, but guess what? 1 hour later he joined again and he did it again, so it all started again.. I'd rather have banned him for a weeksince he never had any ban tho.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hey, when you press F1 you'll see a complete new menu! This is your menu where F1 reports will come in, you can check the latest warnings and the logs.
You can search in all of it as well by using the top right corner search bar!

Commands
So, what new commands do you got?
/tp - Teleports you to the location you are aiming at or /tp <steamID>/<name> to teleport a player!
/freeze - use this to freeze a player by using /freeze <steamID> OR /freeze <name>(this one I don't recommend since if a player has a space in it's name it might freeze everyone in the server with a space in their name)
/warn - You do this to warn someone! /warn <steamID> <reason>
/unwarn - Made an accident or want to unwarn someone? Use this /unwarn <steamID>
/back - Will teleport you back to your last location!

The commands are nifty, but I suggest you use the tab menu and click on their name, since you won't make any mistakes then

Warnings
You warn someone for a rulebreak in a way you think that's appropriate.
A verbal first? Sure, that's nice if it's a little mistake, they repeat doing it? Warn them then!

Use @ or /// to chat in admin chat to get any help or tell things which aren't meant for users to know.

No, that's a joke, from my experience I can't catch rule breakers good enough, always the lack of admins responding or I can't no clip into a base when it has a report of raidable entities with a building sign up.
I'm a very friendly person and always in for a word if we disagree on something, talking politely is the best way to handle any situation.
Just felt like doing something back for the community and now I think I've grown to become a admin tho. Learned so much, worked on it, but will keep learning and working to keep my rank

I'm not saying that I'm -Supporting you, but you honestly need to learn some rules. For example the building sign one. Someone had a Turkish letter in their building sign and it says Allahabar under it and you said it was fine, so we had to get a super admin and two admins for a confirmation that we can raid it.

You guys raided a base which said building, but since he's Turkish he had a I in it, but any normal person would see that it says building tho
Besides there was just one SA which came and confirmed it
Still thanks for the feedback and as I mentioned in my application I said I learn new things every day, that was a learning moment as well ^^

Seriously mate, what do you mean with scamming since I never opened a shop, so couldn't scam with the prices, I never scamemd someone ingame, made some profit sometimes? Yes, but that's not scamming
