Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.; Being a mod has taught me the inner-workings of the ZARP SSRP staff team and how to deal with all types of situations along with various commands and menus I feel I can go into an admin role confidently .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).: There has been many small situations which I have been unable to hand such as owned doors with AFK owners and no available admins but there was a time when a user was breaking rules without me looking and every-time I tp'ed him he had a solid story to what happened eventually when an admin arrived he was just able to spectate the player and see what he was really up to and continued to ban the user for his actions.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello [insert name] and congratulations on becoming a ZARP staff member in this guide I have created I will teach everything you need to know about being a ZARP moderator.

Commands

You can access every command via tab or alternatively use /[command name] [player] [Type/reason]
This command freezes the target player indefinitely use the scoreboard to set a timer.

This command unfreezes the target player.


This command slays the player and isnt really used to often.


This is done via the tab menu to unban a player from a job used when a player is Randomly demoted.


Kicks a player from the server used when a player is prop spamming / massively breaking rules only use if there are no admins available to ban the player.


To warn or unwarn a player I recommend you use there steamID so you don't warn the wrong person but you can warn by name.


Teleports the player where you are looking.


used to goto a player.


used to bring a player
Sends a player to there prior location before being teleported or back to spawn.

F1 Menu



There are 3 tabs on on the F1 menu
Admin requests: Shows all F1's players have made to handle one just right click click "Handle" and then right click again to goto ect

Warnings: Shows all warnings since server last restarted.

Logging Shows the logs




There is also an F6 menu to search for punishments e.g warnings, bans, kicks, mutes and more you can search a player steamID when they are offline.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see you have gone to great effort and that you realise your actions were wrong however propspam is not taken lightly as you can see by your permanent ban. I have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks to give you time to reread the rules and reflect upon on your actions I must inform you if anything like this happens again the ban will not be lifted and you will stay banned from the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I feel that as a moderator there are just some things I cant handle making it hard to carry out my duties when an admin is not available and as an admin I will be able to deal with these situations and make there srever more enjoyable for players. I feel I have earned trust in this community and I am already trusted with admin powers on the TTT server showing am trusted with admin commands. While doing F1 s I take time and care and make sure each player has a positive outcome if possible . The main reason I am applying for admin is because there has been too many times I have had to call an admin ot a situation I cant deal with cost players time and lackof enjoyment.
