What is Ghosting? and give an example Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) :Ghosting is when someone essentially spies on the other team and provides info back to their team. Usually the main way this is performed is by two friends join the same game but opposite teams. The one who is ghosting tells his friend ]exactly where the enemy is, what they are doing etc. example in the minecraft map when your gonna choose what portal your going in to. and the death can press on two buttons to make one portal deadly, then someone says he press the left one so don't go in there thats ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) : I would first ask them why they are disrespectful and I would then will gag them for a few min, then ungag them and if they dont stop ill kick and if they still dont stop I warn them. and if they are still going on I will mute then untill the onwer or a admin comes on and let him decide what to do with him.

(This part should be atleast 75 words))) ( because ill always do my job the best i can and ill keep the server as clean of rulebreakers as i can and make every one have a good time and join back. and I love helping people and making them enjoy their Gmod experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards the players, I think that's why I am able to be playing today I love theGmod community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like helping for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would not say my goodbyes and blow up the server and demote myself first, and see myself as a good member of your team. And I would like to help the server grow and become better for every day and make every one on the server happy. you shude also take me ass staff becuse I am way mature for my age. And I never hack or use cheat like what's the fun in that right? plus I have allot of experience as, I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on TheUKboys, a public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on ExampleCraft, a server which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

Scenarios:
What would you do if staff abuses their powers? i will screenshot for evidence and tell it to the owner or report it on the forum
If someone is mic spamming on the server, what actions would you take? i will gag them for a few minutes, and if they dont stop ill warn them and kick them, if they come back and still mic spam ill tempban them
Give 3 examples/scenarios, where you would use ''Ban'' command.
if somebody is hacking, making threats or bullying in any way (after i warn them if they dont stop)
What would you do if someone threats to ddos/stress/hack the server? Screenshot for evidence and ban them, then tell it to the onwer
What would you do if someone trap spams/trap steals? I will tell them its not allowed, if they continue ill warn them and if they dont stop after ill kick them, if they come back and still trap spam or trap steal ill tempban them for ignoring staff and trap spamming/trap stealing and ofcurse tell the onwer so he can unban him if he wants.
If you find bug either in pointshop or map, what would you do? I will screenshot and report it on the forum
