What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

-Ghosting is when a player thats dead is telling information to players that are alive changing the end of the game for example which portal to go in dr_minecraft.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

-when a player is being disrespectful towards another player i would try too fix the situation but if the player keeps beging disrespectful i warn him and gag him in the worst case cenario i kick him.

-I should be chosen because i realy want to help zarp and to help the community i know that im not the best at speaking english but i know alot and aloso because i spend a lot of time in that server and most of the time theres no mods or admins, i stand out because im not affected by any insult and im realy friendly too people and funny but when i need too get too put some respect im always there my good traits are

im always happy, im not greedy, and im always happy too help.

If you want a staff position on zarp at least make a new application and not used one you made on another sever
