Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is a abbreviation of RDM.
RDM is killing someone without a valid RP reason behind it. For example:

1. Sally walks down the road and gangster. Her reasoning behind this "I didn't like his name."
2. Paul the mutant is far away from the PD district, he stabs a normal citizen. His reason "I am a mutant. I am allowed to RDM."
3. An Admin on duty is in the mid of a sit, a S.W.A.T Leader pulls out one of his/hers weapons and kills the Admin on duty. His reason "He looked at me funny."
4. A Miner, pulls out a gun while in the mines and a hitman appears. The Miner kills the hitman. With the reason of "Why the hell not?"
5. A citizen walks into the PD lobby to talk to the Mayor, a Police Officer shoots the citizen and kills him. His reason for this "No one is allowed in the PD lobby."

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a abbreviation of NLR.
NLR is when you return to an area where you was last killed, or remembering information from your last death. For example:

1. Fred is a mutant, he gets killed outside the PD. He returns to the PD. This is NLR.
2. Tom is raiding the bank, he gets killed and then says in OOC "That raid was a fail". This is a type of metagaming but also NLR seeing that he remembered that he raided the bank.
3. Elliot was killed while someone raids his base. He returns first breaking NLR and then kills the people who was raiding, which is revenge RDM but also NLR as he remembers the people who killed him.
4. A Medic runs into the Mutant tunnels as a Mutant stole his Chargers. He is killed and then returns to once again retrieve his Chargers breaking NLR but also remembering that he has Chargers.
5. A Police Officer is killed in the line of duty while near his car. He returns trying to claim his car, and also manages to kill the people who shot him. Breaking NLR and revenge RDMing.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is also known as Meta.
Metagaming is when you use OOC and abbreviation of Out Of Character as IC chat. Which is not allowed. For example:

1. Dave say in OOC "Come and raid me shitty Police I have printers. My location is *****."
2. Katrina say in OOC "Hey, Panda where are you?"
3. Patrick says in OOC "There is a lockdown, you have 10 seconds to return to your homes."
4. A hitman sees that the Mayor has a hit on him. The hitman says in OOC "I am coming to kill you Mr.Mayor."
5. Panda replies to Katrina and says back in OOC "I am near the ****."

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring player x, and ask what the problem is. I would then explain to player x, that I would firstly ask player y to admit to RDMing you, but not usually players do.
I would then bring player y and freeze him just in case player y just decides to shoot me and player x.
I proceed to ask player y "Did you RDM player x?" if he does reply with "Yes" I would warn the player for "RDM -- (What the player did)".
But if not I would then ask player x does he have any proof providing that player y RDMed him. If player x does have proof I would look to see if sufficient if not I will dismiss the sit.
If the proof is sufficient I would explain in full detail to player y that RDM is not allowed,
and say "RDM is when you have no RP reason" as well inform player y he would also be warned for "Lying to (Insert Rank Here)".
Then I would finish the sit, and return player x and then tell player y that he should read the server rules by doing /motd and return him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would bring player x and player y, and then tell player y "You have been reported for NLR. Is this true?" if player y replies with "Yes" I would check for any recent warnings if he has none, I would verbally warn player y.
If player y does have warnings I would proceed to warn him. But if player y does not admit to breaking NLR.
I'd ask player x does he/she have any video proof, but seeing that screen shots of NLR are not really sufficient. If player x does I would see if the report of NLR is true,
If not I will tell both player the sit is over to "The lack of sufficient proof". Firstly returning player y and then telling player x next time make sure your recordings are clear enough.
But if the proof was sufficient I would explain to player y that NLR is not allowed within Zarp Gaming DarkRP servers, then inform player y that he will be getting warned for "NLR" and also "Lying to (Insert rank here)".
I'd then ask does player y "Understand?" if player y replies with "Yes" I would proceed to warn him, if his answer is "No" I would go into as much detail as possible of the rule breaks and give scenarios of the rule breaks.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would firstly say in OOC "Please do not metagame." This is players x verbal warning.
If player x does carry on to Metagame I would bring player x and explain that "Metagame is not allowed" and then tell player x "You will be warned for "Metagaming"."

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

I think I should be chosen because I have a lot of post Moderator experience, and I feel like I clearly know the rules as shown above.
I want to be chosen because I want to meet new people and show people knew things. I want give something back to the community, and show them how I can preform.
My personality comes through as friendly and kind I always treat people the same. I am a very easy person to approach but cross me in anyway or purposely try and go out of you way to annoy me.
I'll use my full powers to make your life a living hell so don't cross me. But apart from that I am very nice. I treat everyone individually and fairly. Please do not fear me.
I fully understand commands and rule, and will totally happy to teach people them.
I have a mic which is very clear, but my scouse accent may put you off, if you don't understand me just say.
I am willing to dedicate my life to the server.
I have a lot of past staff experience and also some Co-Owner experience.
I will try as hard as I can to keep looking at the forums daily.
One last thing I am a Grammar Nazi.

I am a little confused on the rdm scenario and you're game time has been extremely low the past 30 days showing you have only recently been active 6 days out of 30, app looks great however and I cant see any other negatives

This application is outstanding. It is incredibly detailed, I have seen you in-game and you are acting like a staff member already (within reason of course) you're outstanding dedication for things like you say like the following "Don't metagame," "That is FailRP" and "That could get you warned. More than a thousand hours on GMOD is always a massive bonus. You have great knowledge of the rules, as shown in the application and in-game. You are prepared to go "full ham" so to speak. I know that by the application, and the great impression you lead in-game you would be a great staff member. ZARP could gain with you, therefore, I am going to +Support your application. I have also seen you administraiting on some of the popular servers, like Zarp. I know that you can do well. Best of luck,
