Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel iike my time as a moderator will contribute because I have learnt a lot more about bhop and the maps. I feel that being a mod just isnt enough to stop the few people coming on who tend to disrespect and keep leaving and joining to get themselves unmuted/Ungagged.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
I have encountered various of people who have left to avoid mute/gag and joined back. I have always gagged/muted them when they have joined back instantly. Most times it has been little things like micspam/chatspam so I keeping them gagged or muted has simply been enough. but sometimes people who have been mass disrespecting or being racist that have left I have gathered screenshots and waited for an admin to come online and presented them with the evidence.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Firstly I would congratulate that Moderator in being accepted and hope he wont let us down.
I would then explain how gag the command works and when he should use it and how.
Next I would explain the mute command on how it works and when he should use it and how.
I would then tell him the meeting time and date and mention that in order to be admin he must attend one meeting.
I'd also mention if he doesn't know what to do he should ask a admin or higher bhop staff on how to handle the situation.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well if I banned that person for cheating. I would personally add the person who got banned and explain why chose to perma ban him. We would discuss what he done wrong and how he could avoid getting banned. I would then tell him that I would reduce his ban on how well presented his appeal on the forums is and how I trust him not to do it again. I would also tell him to re-read the rules before his ban is over.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)[/b].
I think I should be promoted because I feel as my time as a mod has greatly benefited my abillities on being staff in bhop. But the main reason I believe I should be promoted is so I can be more helpful on the server against mass rulebreakers. as the server is getting popular quickly I feel like being a mod with only gag/mute can be quite useless against people who tend to avoid punishment. I am also trusted with powers as I am a Deathrun Superadmin and I know when to punish people at the correct times and quickly defuse a heated situation before something bad happens.
