What is Ghosting? and give an example:
We say that a player is ghosting when he gives information to his team (runners) that could help them to reach the end of the map.
For example, one player dies, and with the spectator mode he see what button is pressing the death in a 50% trap. If he says which one is the right way to pass the trap, he's ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
This game is made for having fun. People who dont respect the players is doing the game inconfortable for the victims of this disturb. The measures to be taken with a player who does not respect the others are:
- If a disrespectful player is mic spamming, i would gag him and warn him for disrespect.
- If a disrespectful player is spamming the chat, I would mute him and warn him for disprespect too.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I can be a good moderator because I have experience in administration and management of the community of the servers. A few years ago was manager of a Minecraft server with 5000 daily players. I know the rules, I am mature and responsible. I 'm good at solving problems between people. I am very active and I really want to help. It's easy to contact me. I am in all social networks, including Skype and Team Speak 3.
