Admin Promotion:

When will it be appropriate to use the ban command:
I've been here in the Zarp community for quite a while and have only seen a couple times that people have been banned for either hacking or doing something else that is ban worthy. Here is a list of what I think is ban worthy;

- People who are disrespecting/harassing constantly and have been warned for this multiple times and/or are punishment avoiding (*player gets gagged* *player leaves the server* *player joins back to be 'ungagged'*) will receive a Temporary ban Duration depends on the situation
- People who are being racist, sexist, etc. And are being offensive towards other people with this will receive aTemporary Ban
- If somone (or multiple people) are saying (or already doing it) to either DDOS or hack the server they will receive a Permanent Ban
- People toggling (turning on and off their hacks ingame), or just hacking all the time will receive a Permanent Ban
These punishments could change according to the different situations that might occur.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this:
I've come across many players who have done either one of the following things i mentioned above. I usually can only warn/mute/gag/kick them while this does not Always work. When this occurs I can not do something myself to handle this tough situation but have to find an online admin (if there is one) and wait for their response. They don't Always have the time or are busy playing a game theirselves so I think the promotion would help me to also not disturb other Admins+

Why should I be promoted:
ZarpGaming is just such a great community in general and there are still people trying to ruin the fun for others, the promotion would help me being even better in helping other people who are playing. Like I said, I can not punish some people harder then I should. Some just deserve a temporary ban but with my Mod limitations it's difficult. Ofcourse I will Always keep playing on Zarp Servers and be a part of the community but i like to play a different game once in a while aswell. My gametime will obviously improve throughout the weeks/months and just like my gametime also my behaviour and attitude will change since I am still young but ready to learn and observe.
