What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is a dead player giving information to runners that could change the end result of the round/game
Example;Brad and jim was on the runners and josh was dead and they are on helix
Brad Gets the code but dies and does not tell jim the code,josh sees the code and tells Brad it would be !mute and !warn josh for ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player was being disrespectful to staff or other players i would:
If he was typing i would !mute and warn him for disrespect.
If he was using his mic i would !gag and !warn him for disrespect.

I Think i should be chosen as mod because i want to help out this server,I am very active and have experiance being mod,I can come to meetings and help out in other ways,im always on ts3 and if someones done something wrong i will tell them what they have done wrong.
I have 2warns on each server that are not active i will try and get on server 1 more when this application is up too boost my game time on it and my activity,im level 15 Which means i play alot or im decent at gmod/deathrun,Overall i think i could Help out the staff team and other players
