I'm 15 years of age and I live in England I can speak dutch/French/Spanish/ and English (of course)

What is ghosting? Well ghosting is basically giving away the answer, giving the runners/deaths and high advantage of winning. It can be abused in many ways possible
- for example. A death has set a combination for these 4 portals (2x2) lets go for right then left for the portals, if a player dies they can switch to the death who set the combination and then either text or push to talk "right then left" another example is when some one dies (again) a death could be trying to find where the last player is the person who is ghosting will tell there position and give the deaths a opportunity to win. Ghosting helps the runners/deaths win non-legitimately and also it will cause the outcome of the game.
-How I would deal with a Ghoster! personally I would give them a warning to get the message out for them to stop, but if they carry on it will lead to a gag/mute depending if they're texting or push to talk, If I think they have learnt their lesson I will unmute them, if the game doesn't automatically unmute them after the next map. If this leads to carry on I will do a global kick for the player after that a message to a higher ranked person such as an admin to ban/tempban, If no higher ranked person is available at the time I will post a report on the forums for a valid punishment Depends if they carry on after kick.

A player being disrespectful is punishable in many ways. It depends on what they're abusing on. Being rude to a player by being (stereotypical or harassing) can lead to many warnings including a gag and a kick. Being disrespectful to a staff member could be worse as they have more power over you.
-how I would handle it I would mention them to stop and try to calm them down by asking what has happened and why. If they due to carry on I will give them a warning to follow the rules and don't be disrespectful, If it got even worse it would lead to a gag/kick to stop the player and to let the server in peace so people wont leave because they'll think our server has bad reputation as our players are being disrespectful. I would also file a report on the forums for further punishment.
-Being racist is much more worse as it will lead to a instant warning, and a gag/mute, depending on if they're texting or using push to talk. If they carry on after the gag/mute I will do a global kick and ask a admin to give them a more serious punishment if there are non on I will file a report on the forums.

I think being a moderator for your server will help you out, I'm on 24/7 till no one is on, literally, and when I find the mods go of for a few hours all the baddies come on by abusing mike spam/trap spamming and death avoiding and no one is there to stop it, but I could, I could help the server out by stopping the rule breakers and making it a happy place to be while no mods are on.
-I'm also not a noob, I'm not the highest rank on the server but I am going for it I can Bhop and play properly I also do not death avoid or go afk (If I'm afk I will always log of for game delay reasons) Being a staff member of your fantastic server will be a great opportunity for me as I will be able to help you guys out with broken plugins/rule breakers and such, for the last thing, I've been staff before on many servers. Mostly on a game called minecraft I've been moderator+ (to even owner its self)

I understand that you've provided proof of your activity but of course there's the possibility you've forged it, I doubt so. In the end we need your gametracker links due to ease of access in the meeting, and 100% accurate proof.

Ghosting is when you're dead, and you give the alive runners/deaths information that could change the outcome of the game.

Other than that, you have adequate gametime, but you're going to need to play actively at least until the meeting. You're a nice guy in game though. And as far as I know you don't have any recent warnings as the only one was removed.

You are a really nice guy but you just joined 22nd of August it hasn't been even a week I suggest you to wait at least one week to apply.

yes that's fine but I have got the stats to support my activity, I will keep on playing but if I get denied for being under a week I'll apply when I get better time (day wise)
