What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where you give information to the runners that could change the outcome of the game while you are dead.
An example of this is looking onto traps and telling players when it's safe to go if a death has not got to the trap or when the death has used a trap that is a 50-50 chance and you tell the runner what door/platform to choose to get past without them dying.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would at first tell the player how he is acting is wrong and explain to him how he is being disrespectful so he then fully understands that if he continues he will be punished and if the player continues after this he will be warned and if anything was to continue he would be slain and warned next time.
If a situation was to get really out of hand with a player i.e lots of swearing, personal attacks on players, being racist i would try and contact a member of staff higher then me or post on the forums and give them proof to perhaps ban them for a short while as the player is not ready for the maturity of the server at this time and should maybe think about there actions before they are to return.

Why I should be chosen: I would like to be chosen for staff because i think i am a mature player that can also have a laugh with the other players on the server making it a fun experience but also making sure people know that they have broken rules and not just punish the player explain to them how they have done wrong so they fully understand the rule they have broken.
i play on the server quite alot and would like an opportunity to be more involved.

+Support Even though Bickels is a filthy scrub, he was an amazing staff member on FPRP and can handle powers very well. He's also online when few other staff members seem to be (for example yesterday there was a trapspammer and no one was online to stop them but Bickels was online but not staff).
