When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

A good sense of judgment, a sharp sense and empathy should show me the right moment to ban a player. I can say i gave so far everyone a chance to be sorry for there mistakes but anything has an end. My personal reason to ban a player would be Racism, Insult,Massiv Trap Spam. Everyone can have a bad day but when it needs to be done, it will be done.
So far if i had the chance to ban a player it would be for racism.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

Im dealing with a lot of situations on Zarp, i got insulted, harassed or what so ever. Im a mature person and i can work with all kinds of behavior. I would never ban a player because he broke the rules once or twice but if something is so serious like my situation i choose it would be the shout out of racist words. If i had the chance to at least ban racist people from here, it would mean a lot to me and to know that i keep these kind of people away from normal people would really give me a good feeling about what im doing.

An other situation was where i saw a player using speedhack to jump through a trap. My honset reaction to this would be a permanent ban. Cheating is and will never be tolerated by me.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)

I should be chosen because im there for the players and deal with any situation. I dont step back because i got insulted or threatened. I have my fun on Zarp and i want to keep this fun also open for any other player who is or will come to Zarpgaming. Most of the time if MrBuzzKill or someone else from the Admin´s are online to check if i need help or something else, im saying "No thank you im fine" because i can deal with any problem.

I guess thats it for now. If i should be chosen i will do my best as an admin like im doing as a moderator.

No i werent there yet because of my privat life, i have no time at the time of the meeting, but i said this in the beginning when i applyed as mod. But still im looking forward to this.

Sorry to hear that man, if you're resigning please make a post on the forums stating your reason or contact the lead team to keep it private.

Oh no no dont get me wrong, i will stay as an mod of course. I mean im out of this admin thing of its only possible with the meetings, but its for me sadly not possible, so dont worry i will be here.

You would have to ask the Lead Team if they could make an exception for you, but I doubt it.
