Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I play a lot on Zarp gaming, i used to play 5- to even sometimes 10 hours a day during the summer and do f1's. This has changed a little bit though, because i started school i have been cut down to sometimes only like an hour a day, but i try to still get on every day and help. I think that me being mod as long as i have been i know what to do and what not to do when i get admin. I try to do f1's as much as i can , but as all the admins know everyone has been trying to get gems this week including me. I do f1's a lot and even though my count may be a little low this week i am going to work really hard tomorrow and Friday and even Saturday if that means sitting out of the meeting a little while to complete f1's and help the server stay rule breaking free.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I remember 2 situations when admin would have been very helpful to me. I remember multiple times where i go to a f1 and it teleports me either under in a different room as which they are in, in that situation it makes me harder to do my job as i cant even get to the user to handle there f1. Another situation i remember is when i was on server 1 for a good 1 and a half by myself with 1 other mod (was afk the whole time dead) where there were mass rule breakers and i couldn't keeps up with f1's, so i was going to the ones that were most important. There was a f1 for mass rdming and all i could do was kick the guy , and he kept coming back. So at that point i was stuck because i couldn't find any one online so i kept kicking the guy for mass rdming when he would rdm someone and he finally left for good. And then a short time later an admin got on and i had left but my idiot self was to worried about getting f1's done i dint take screenshots to ban this guy so he ended up getting off the hook.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First, i would say congtraulations on Moderator i know you put in a lot of hard work to get this position. Now there are some things i need to go over to get you ready to become a great Moderator. First, I will teach you how to use the f1 System. When you press the F1 key at the top is will say Zarp Administrative Center. There will be 3 tabs Admin Requests,Warning,and Logging. When someone submits a f1 request it will pop up in the bottom right of youre screen and it will blick red, then you can click f1 and under the tab Admin Requests you can click on the right request, doing that it will give you 3 options 1. Handle This 2. Discard Spam/Abuse 3. Copy... which will bring up 4 option Reason,Reporter,Reporter Steam id, and time. You will click handle this to handle the f1 and then you will get the options Goto,Bring,Mark as finished, or abort handling this. You should mostly always click goto to go to the person who has called an admin and this use your powers to reslove the problem.

As Moderator you get 8 commands.

Remember to use Steam ids as much as possible or you could target more than one person

First Command is kick, you should use kick when you need to remove a massive rule breaker such a prop spammer a mass rdmer ( if no higher staff is online to ban the user) or if the user is being extremely racist.

Next Command it Unban from Job, this should be used if someone was randomly demoted form a job.

Freeze, freeze command should be used when someone is trying to leaving an admin situation or is rdming someone in front of you, or if you are giving someone a punishment form breaking rules.

Slay, slay should be used it you are giving a punishment using freeze, or if say a mutant or citizen has a big gun.

Teleport,Goto,Bring,Back, Teleport should be used when you are bringing someone for admin situation and if you or another player is stuck, Goto is the obvious you will goto to player you have selected, Bring will bring the player you have selected to yourself, And back will send the person you have teleported to either there last location or spawn.

Finally, the warn system, you should warn a player when you have found out that they have broken a rule, you can do this by doing /warn STEAMID Here then the reason here , if you want to unwarn someone to /unwarn then there steamid

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I looked over your appeal and decided to accepted your request, and lower your ban to 1 week, in this time i would like you to re read the rules zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkrp/36...rules-updated-8-9-15 And make sure you know them very well.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen for a promotion for a couple reasons. I have been in zarp for about a 2 months now and been moderator for a month coming this Saturday and I know what is expected from an admin. I am still currently an admin on Friendly Players and know what to do with the powers and how to not abuse them. I have been trusted a couple times with noclip from Head Admins and haven't disappointing them 1 bit. I know that my f1 count might be a little low right now but I am going to work really hard tomorrow,Friday, and Saturday, even if that means having to skip part of the meeting. I try to be active as much as possible during the week but it is hard with school and soccer practice 4 times a week. My activity is not bad this week and i think I am ready admin.

Looks like you spend alot of time making this, and i looks good buddy, the only "-" i can see atm, is the amout of f1's that ur doing, but as you said urself, ur gonna do something about that before Saturday

You're a trusted staff member being an Admin on FPRP, but your activity could become more consistent and your F1 count according to all others could improve.
