Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
RDM+Leave: Bob kills Jeff while they're both Innocent and Jeff did nothing wrong, and proceeds to leave the server before being punished (being autoslain the next round). I would ban Bob 1 to 3 days for this offence. Naughty Bob.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi Player x,

Before I treat your appeal I would like to make clear that we do not tolerate cheaters of any form on our server. As you will have noticed, every form of cheating will be severely punished in order to keep the server pleasant to play on.
Viewing the fact that you took the time and effort to appeal your ban, I have decided to Accept your appeal. Be advised that this is a second chance, and if we catch you cheating again you won't be welcome on Zarp TTT anymore.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
As an ex-admin, I know how to deal with rulebreakers. I recently rediscovered my love for TTT (I basically quit because I overplayed it), and I miss keeping the server clean while I'm playing, as I already encountered several rulebreakers with no staff online past weeks. I'm ready for this new chapter as TTT Admin, and hope to see y'all in achat again soon.

I beat you in that 1v1 this one time and was never given any form of recognition for beating the one and only- was a cool staff member and has reasonable game time even though I assume it will be improve this week further.
